We assess all applicants a registration and application fee payable at the time of application. We consider a student officially registered once all required admission documents have been submitted and all fees paid in full. The application fee is non-refundable. Students who pay the application fee may have their application reinstated for up to one fiscal year. The registration fee is refundable up to three business days of registration.
TUITION PAYMENTS
In the event the student is paying his or her tuition through outside programs, we will credit all disbursements to the student’s account for actual tuition or other charges. Students not paying tuition through the outside program (such as VA, Louisiana Workforce, or Title IV) or whose outside programs will not completely cover the tuition, will be placed on a payment plan. The school reserves the right to suspend any student from school whose account is delinquent. A student’s registration, application, and tuition are due at the time of enrollment. They must pay tuition in full at the time of registration, except when payments arrangements have been made with prior approval from the administrator.
Students are not subject to tuition increases after enrollment unless they terminate and later return. In those instances, students will pay the prevailing tuition costs at the time of re-enrollment.
*Extra Instructional charges
If a student must attend longer than the time allotted for the barbering course and surpasses his/her contractual graduation date for any reason, he/she will be charged additional tuition at a rate of $12.00 per hour instruction fee.
